  Fees are generally split between the parties.  Mediations with more than two parties may require additional fee, please contact us to find out.  All fees that are not paid in advance are due at the end of the mediation session. 
Hourly  
$100 Minimum charge of one hour
Flate Rate  
$350 Morning, Afternoon, or Evening (4 hour block reserved)
$700 Full Day, includes lunch
Travel  
$0 for mediations held in the following cities or surrounding areas: Cedar City, St. George, Kanab, Mesquite, Las Vegas, Provo, Salt Lake, Layton
$0.55/mile for mediations held beyond the above cities.  Please contact us to learn if this charge will apply and for an estimate.
  Additional fees will apply for any mediations requiring overnight stays, e.g. multi-day mediations.  Please contact us for details and an estimate.

Trainings

$75 1-hour
$250 Half-Day (3 to 4 hours)
$500 Full-Day (up to 9 hours on site)
*All trainings will have additional material charges based on number of people reserved for training.
$.55/mile travel charge also applies to all trainings


Consulting

$75/hour  
Plus $0.55/mile travel cost and overnight cost if applicable.


Mediation - Reduced Fee Based on Household Income*
$80/hour $25,000-$30,000 Annual income 
$60/hour $16,000-$24,999.99 Annual income 
$50/hour Annual income below $16,000.00
*To qualify, documentation of income such as prior year tax return or the 3 most recent pays stubs is required at time of scheduling or one week before mediation
